Why is our service free?
In short: partner clinics may pay us a commission when we bring them a patient. That's how we can help you for free. You pay the clinic for your treatment, as you would anyway. The only thing you might pay us for is a companion who goes with you to the clinic, and only if you ask for it.
What is free for you
- Asking general questions.
- Help finding a suitable clinic.
- Talking through your practical options.
- Arranging your appointment.
- Normal help with communication by message or phone.
What you pay
- Your treatment: directly to the clinic, at the clinic's price.
- A local companion, if you want one: agreed with you in writing before the visit.
We never charge anything you didn't agree to first.
How we earn money
Partner clinics may pay us a commission when a patient we referred has treatment there. We tell you whether a clinic we suggest is a partner. Our aim is that you pay the same as if you booked directly with that clinic. We only promise that for clinics where it is agreed in writing; you can always ask the clinic for its own price list to check.
How we keep our advice fair
- We suggest the clinic that fits your needs, not the one that pays the highest commission.
- If a clinic that isn't a partner fits you better, we tell you.
- We never push you towards a more expensive treatment. Treatment decisions are between you and your dentist.
