Privacy, complaints and corrections
In short: we ask only what we need to help you, we share it with a clinic only after you agree, and you can ask us at any time to delete it.
What we ask
- What you need help with, in your own words.
- Roughly where you are staying and when you're available.
- How to reach you: your WhatsApp number or email address, and a first name if you like.
We don't need medical records to start. If a clinic needs more, for example recent X-rays for a quote, we ask you first.
The request form
The form on this website doesn't send or store anything itself. It writes your message and opens your email app, so you send it yourself.
When we share information with a clinic
Only after you agree, and only what the clinic needs to arrange your appointment: usually your name, the reason for your visit and the preferred time. The clinic then becomes responsible for your medical information.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages as long as needed to help you and handle follow-up questions. Ask us to delete them at any time by writing to info@hanoidentalguide.com.

We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and doesn't track you across websites.
Complaints and corrections
Unhappy with our help, or found something on this website that isn't correct? Email info@hanoidentalguide.com. We reply personally, correct mistakes, and tell you what we did. Complaints about a treatment itself go to the clinic that treated you; we can help you contact them.
