In short: everything we do to help you find a clinic, arrange your appointment and communicate with the clinic is free for you. The only paid service is a companion who goes with you to the clinic.

Medical questions
We give general information and help you understand your options, but we are not dentists. Questions about your diagnosis, your treatment or its result go to the dentist who treats you. We help you ask them.
