Our partner clinics
In short: we work with a small number of carefully selected clinics in Hanoi that together cover most treatments, locations and budgets. Partner clinics may pay us a commission. That never makes a clinic "better" in our advice: we suggest the clinic that fits you.
Current partners
Our partner network is being built. We list a clinic here by name only once we have a written agreement with it. Until then, when we suggest a clinic we tell you whether we have any agreement with it, and you can always compare with the full, independent directory on DentistInHanoi.com.
How we select clinics
Before we work with a clinic, we look at:
- Valid licences for the clinic and its dentists (the clinic's operating licence and each dentist's practising licence).
- The experience of the dentists and the specialisations available.
- How well they communicate in English.
- Whether prices are clear and given in writing.
- Hygiene and a professional way of working.
- Experience with foreign patients.
- Location and how easy it is to get there.
- Whether they can offer appointments within a reasonable time.
- How they handle complaints and follow-up questions.
We check what we can and write down what we checked. We don't judge the medical quality of individual treatments; that is the responsibility of the dentist and the clinic.
What a partnership means
- The clinic has agreed to work with us on appointments for our patients.
- The clinic may pay us a commission for patients we bring. See Why is our service free?
- A partner gets no better position in our advice. If a non-partner clinic fits you better, we tell you.
- Our network is limited. It doesn't include every good clinic in Hanoi.
