You pay the clinic for your treatment, as you would anyway. Our help with finding a clinic and arranging the appointment costs you nothing. Partner clinics may pay us a commission when we bring them a patient. We tell you openly when that is the case, and we don't suggest a clinic because it pays more.

Is Hanoi Dental Guide a dental clinic?
No. We don't diagnose or treat. We help you find a suitable clinic, arrange the appointment and communicate with the clinic. The dentist decides what treatment is right for you.
What does it cost?
Help with finding a clinic, arranging an appointment and communicating with the clinic is free for patients. You pay the clinic directly for your treatment. A companion who goes with you to the clinic is optional and paid; the fee is agreed before the visit.
Do I pay more if I book through you?
Our aim is that you pay the same as when you book directly with the same clinic. We only promise this for clinics where it is agreed in writing, and you can always ask the clinic for its own price list.
Can you help if I don't know what treatment I need?
Yes. Describe the problem, for example "my tooth hurts when I drink something cold", and we help you find a dentist who can examine you and explain the options.
Can you get me an appointment today?
Often a clinic can see you the same or the next day, but we can't promise it. We tell you honestly what is possible. If you have severe symptoms such as spreading swelling or difficulty breathing, go to a hospital emergency department right away. See Emergency dental help.
