About Hanoi Dental Guide

In short: Hanoi Dental Guide helps foreigners find a suitable dentist in Hanoi and arrange their appointment. It is run by Silenrock OÜ, which also publishes the independent directory DentistInHanoi.com. We are not a dental clinic.

Why we started

For a foreigner in Hanoi, finding a dentist is harder than it should be. There are many clinics, websites make big promises, prices are hard to compare, and calling a clinic in Vietnamese is not an option for most visitors. We wanted one place where you can simply ask a person for help, and get an honest answer.

What we know

For DentistInHanoi.com we research dental clinics in Hanoi: their licences, locations, opening hours, languages and published prices, each with a source. That research is the basis for the suggestions we make here. Where we haven't checked something, we say so.

How we work with clinics

We work with a limited number of partner clinics, selected on licences, experience, communication in English, clear prices, hygiene and how they handle complaints. Partner clinics may pay us a commission. Medical responsibility for a treatment always lies with the dentist and the clinic.

How we help patients

  • We listen first: what you need, where you are, what you prefer.
  • We suggest clinics and tell you why, and whether they are partners.
  • We arrange the appointment and stay available for follow-up questions.
  • We don't diagnose, don't promise results, and never push you towards expensive treatment.

How we handle commercial interests

We earn money from commissions paid by partner clinics and from the optional companion service. We say this openly on every page. A clinic can't buy a better place in our advice, and we don't publish made-up reviews. Read the details in Why is our service free?
